The hotel it is in a very good location in Naples (maybe the most important criteria in choosing a hotel in the city), in Galleria Umberto, very close to the port of Napoli Molo Beverello (10min walking), from where you can take a boat to Capri. Rooms are clean and elegant, personel very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Also, major attractions are in the area, 2-5min walk to Teatro San Carlo, San Francesco di Paola church, Palazzo Reale, Castel dell' Uovo etc. And, in contrast with other neighborhoods in Naples, it is very clean. The hop-on hop-off bus station is on the other side of the road and you can find good restaurants around. Definitely, a very good place to stay during a city break.

The room was a nice size with a balcony and a bathtub. The staff was very efficient and knew the true value of customer service. The breakfast selection was delicious and excellent, with lovely pastries and freshly made coffee.

The hotel is located in a very impressive gallery of Naples. The place is superb and the hotel as well.Maybe it is not my taste for the art used by the hotel, but it was very different from any other hotel I have stayed in the past.
The parking is a problem, but I think that nothing could be done?!

The staff was very helpful and kind. They gave us a lot of good adivce and information to visit the city.The rooms wide and comfortable.The breakfast good and tasty with the possibility to choose between salty and sweety things! The location absolutely perfect, at the very centre of the city and above all it has been amazing staying inside a monument, Galleria Umberto. Ask to stay in a room overlooking the Galleria, you can enjoy a really special and unusual view!
